Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Pawtner (毛股長) account and data.

Option 1: In the app

Open the Pawtner app
Go to Settings > Manage Your Pals and Account > Delete Account > Confirm
Follow the on-screen confirmation

Option 2: By email (if you can't access the app)

Email hello@pawtner.me with the subject "Delete Account" and the email address or account info you registered with, and we will process the deletion for you.

Request deletion by email

What is deleted, and when

Within 30 days of your request, all of your account data will be deleted, including: account and profile data, your pets' profiles and health records, and uploaded photos and files.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; please cancel it in your store's subscription settings first.

刪除帳號

本頁說明如何刪除你的毛股長 Pawtner 帳號與相關資料。

方式一：在 App 內刪除

打開毛股長 App
前往「設定」>「毛孩與帳號管理」>「刪除個人帳號」>「確定刪除」
依畫面指示確認刪除

方式二：Email 申請（無法使用 App 時）

寄信至 hello@pawtner.me，主旨註明「刪除帳號」，並附上你註冊時使用的 Email 或帳號資訊，我們會為你處理刪除。

刪除範圍與時間

提出申請後 30 天內，你的帳號資料將全部刪除，包含：帳號與個人資料、毛孩資料與健康紀錄、上傳的照片與檔案。
刪除完成後資料無法復原。
訂閱由 App Store / Google Play 管理，刪除帳號不會自動取消訂閱，請先至商店的訂閱設定取消，再刪除帳號。
