When was the last time your furry friend felt unwell?
They have no health-insurance card, and they can't tell you how they feel.
Their health story may exist only in your memory.

Vet records scattered everywhere? Let AI file them for you
Vet bills, prescriptions and lab reports: hand them all to Pawtner
A furry friend's medical history is scattered
So you can't recall it, can't compare it, and can't find it.
Recurring symptoms are hard to track
Sudden diarrhoea or vomiting, and you can't remember when the same thing last happened…
Changes in health are hard to notice
You feel they're peeing less today or look thinner, but there's no record to compare against…
Paper records are hard to find
Every new vet means retelling the whole history, and finding one specific visit means flipping through page after page…
It's not that you don't care. Those notes can only do so much.
Phone notes, LINE chats, a camera roll full of photos…
You probably wrote everything down. But answers to questions like these are hard to find in scattered fragments.
With the right tool, your records finally pay off
Snap a bill, prescription or blood test, and AI turns it into searchable data in 10 seconds

Medication names and doses are kept in full and searchable, so you can answer at any clinic

Log a symptom with a photo in 2 steps, so emergencies are no longer chaos

Founder’s Words
Once, a vet was about to prescribe steroids for Diana and asked me:
"Which one did she take before? If there were no side effects, the same one is the safest choice."
I couldn't answer. I had no idea which one the previous clinic had used.
That was when I realised that "no digital health record for my furry friend" isn't a small inconvenience. It can delay treatment.

What do furry-friend parents want to know?
Add Pawtner's official LINE account and follow our official Threads and Instagram, and you qualify for the beta. We'll send your personal download link through LINE.
The LINE official account is the only way into the beta and our main channel for announcements. We don't send messages often: only important progress and the launch notice.
Pawtner is developed by Murci Co., Ltd., a registered company with a tax ID, and our terms of service and privacy policy were drafted by a lawyer. Engineering, UI/UX design and brand design are each handled by different professionals; this is not a one-person team.
We do use AI tools to help with development, but every feature plan, every interface decision and every line of code goes through professional judgement and review.
Your records are stored in a cloud database, encrypted in transit, and only your own account can access them. When you share with a vet, a sitter or family, you choose the person and the content first, and you can remove access at any time.
We will never sell your data or hand it to third parties for marketing.
The bill, prescription or blood-test report you photograph is sent to a third-party AI service for recognition, then Pawtner's structured setup fills the results into the matching fields. Nothing is saved until you have confirmed the result.
Bills and prescriptions often carry your name, phone number or address, so personal-data masking is on by default, letting you cover those details before sending the image for recognition.
We keep improving the recognition features on Pawtner's side based on results. Because recognition runs through a third-party AI service, the returned results may be used for service improvement under that provider's policy.
Pawtner comes in a free plan and a paid plan.
The free plan covers all the basic records: vet visits, medication, vaccines, symptoms and diet, plus trends in weight, appetite and energy.
The paid plan adds AI recognition, blood-test and X-ray comparison, dual-metric trend charts and other advanced tools, for families who track health over the long term. It's TWD 249 per month, or TWD 1,990 per year (about 33% off), and at launch there will be a limited lifetime early-bird plan (TWD 4,990).
During the beta, friends who join through LINE get the full paid plan for free.
