AI scan for vet records

Vet bills, prescriptions, lab reports: one photo becomes a health record

Upload a photo of a visit receipt, prescription, or blood test report, and the AI will read it and organize everything into clear health data. Results are saved, and when the Pawtner app launches, these records will be waiting in your account.

Three steps from receipt to record

  1. Sign in (LINE, Google, or Apple)

  2. Snap or pick a photo of the document, and black out personal details you don't want read

  3. The AI reads it and shows you an organized health record right away

Pawtner organises records only; it does not diagnose or interpret. Ask a professional veterinarian what the numbers mean.

Which documents work

Any paper the clinic hands you. A photo or a PDF, one page at a time.

  • Visit receipts and itemised bills: date, vet, clinic, diagnosis and treatments
  • Prescriptions and medication labels: drug, components, dose, days and frequency
  • Blood test reports: every item with its value, unit and reference range
  • Vaccination records: vaccine name, date given and next due date

What you get back

The AI turns the text on the page into one structured health record. Every field can be edited before you save.

  • Visit: date, vet, clinic, complaint, diagnosis, treatment, instructions
  • Medication: drug, single dose, times per day, total days
  • Vaccine: name, date given, next due date
  • Blood test: item, value and reference range, laid out as a table

Records are saved to your Pawtner account under your furry friend's profile. When the Pawtner app launches, sign in with the same account and they are there.

Privacy and daily scans

  • Black out names, phone numbers and addresses with the masking tool before you send; masked areas are removed before the image leaves your device.
  • Document photos are read by third-party AI services and used only for that scan.
  • The web version is free: 1 scan a day, or 3 a day once you follow Pawtner on LINE and connect your LINE account. Counts reset at midnight Taipei time.
  • Pawtner organises records only. It does not interpret values or diagnose; ask a professional veterinarian what the numbers mean.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload a PDF?

Yes. Tap “Choose file” and pick a PDF; for multi-page files you choose the page to scan. Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB.

Why black out personal details first?

Document photos are read by third-party AI services. Use the masking tool to cover names, phone numbers and addresses before sending; the masked areas are removed before the image leaves your device, so the AI never sees them.

How many scans a day?

Free accounts get 1 scan a day. Follow Pawtner on LINE and connect your LINE account for 3 a day. Counts reset at midnight Taipei time.

Will it interpret the blood test values?

No. Pawtner lays out each item, value, unit and reference range in a clear table; interpretation stays with your veterinarian. If a number worries you, bring the organised record to your vet.

Where are the results stored?

In your Pawtner account, under the furry friend you chose. When the app launches, sign in with the same account to see them; records can be deleted in the app.

Do I need the app first?

No. The web version works today, and your organised records wait for the app.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every field can be edited before saving. If the AI cannot read the document it tells you; retake a sharper photo without glare and try again. The “Report a problem” link at the bottom of the page is always there.

Are X-rays supported?

The web version covers visits, medication, vaccines and blood tests for now. X-ray records and images open with the Pawtner app launch.

LINE login on my phone says it can't log in. What now?

LINE login hands off to the LINE app to confirm who you are, then returns to this page; some phones get stuck on LINE's web login screen instead. Try the “Log in with the LINE app” link at the bottom of that screen first. Logging in with email there needs an email registered in the LINE app (Settings › Account) with “Allow login from other devices” turned on. If neither works, sign in with Google or Apple to start scanning, then use “Connect LINE” on this page later for the 3-a-day allowance.
